Easter Sunday I had a leak in my bedroom at 4:am. I called Cureton and within an hour Zander arrived assessed the situation and had a patch on a squrting pipe in a half hour. We were standing in water but his cool under pressure was reassuring. I would and have recommended this company to everyone.
Can't recommend Cureton Plumbing enough! Sam came out to fix our toilet and went above and beyond. He was super friendly and worked fast but was still really thorough. The best part was that he walked me through every step and explained the reasoning behind what he was doing. You could tell he really knew his stuff. He taught me things about our plumbing I had no idea about, which was actually really helpful. Great work and even better customer service. Whoever you get from Cureton, you're in good hands, but Sam is the real deal!
Thank you Sam and Cureton Plumbing! As a first time homeowner, when big appliances break, it can be intimidating. Luckily Sam made it simple, easy to understand and equipped me with the knowledge to troubleshoot future problems! I truly cannot recommend Sam from Cureton more. He went above and beyond when replacing my water heater- and he did it in about 3 hours alone! My initial call was only to diagnose an issue with my older water heater, but Sam called the office number, found they had a new water heater in stock, and came back to replace it that same morning.
