I have surveyed the market and I can tell you that Fit and Functional Is the best in individualized physical therapy. I had been essentially bed-ridden for 18 months, primarily with serious nerve damage from a fall down a long flight of steps. After many surgeries, my pain management team gave me a choice of 10 physical therapists. I stayed with my first choice for 6 months. Although highly rated, they did it "by the book" without regard to my personal situation. And it was not a private session: A physical therapist would get me started on an exercise and then get the next person started. I have found F&F to be well managed and an excellent gym. I always feel welcome and valued as a member. The gym is always clean, orderly, and pleasant. The staff is professional, cordial, sensitive to my training needs, and helpful to me--always! No problems experienced at all. I like the smaller and positive atmosphere and the expertise of the trainers and staff. Sherman expertly assessed my baseline level before I started. Jervan utilized baseline information to effectively and efficiently plan routines that cover all Core 7 areas and target the areas that need attention most. He is knowledgeable and flexible, and appropriately challenges me to achieve my goals.... read full review

Customized programs, Sherman and his staff understand the benefits of developing core strength, which is missing in many workout programs. Love their dedication and commitment to helping their clients reach their goals. This is a group you can trust.
