Ive been going to Chop for about 7 or 8 years now, always had great haricutts but Kat W was amazing yesterday. She went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and her customer service was exceptional!

Best shop in town, but every CHOP Barbershop is unique and all are impressive. But getting into this one and being greeted and offered a beverage and genuinely never waiting more than 5 minutes tops? Especially if you get your hair cut and styled by one of their LEGENDS? I keep thinking Steve's skills and talent have impressed me as much as possible, but every single cut I get from him just gets better and better. I'll never ever go to any other brand/line of barbershops. They even helped me figure out what products I like best. And their shirts are bad*$$ too.
