“Wellness Sport & Spine Chiropractic and Massage Therapy is conveniently located on FSU’s main campus and same building as the student Health and Wellness Clinic. I previously seen Dr. Brian Farrell which was an amazing experience. Great doctor with awesome bedside manner. Recently I was seen by Dr. Van Tassel and immediately felt a huge difference right after a couple of adjustments and exercise techniques. The adjustments alleviate the pain right away and the exercise techniques helped prevent the pain from returning right away. After the visit I felt relieved and relaxed. I didn’t need to take any muscle relaxers or otc pain reducing medications later that evening or night. Dr. Van Tassel has a great bedside manner and what I refer to as an old school doctor, very personable and knowledgeable. The office is not bustling with a lot of people or noise. The front office assistant is very friendly and soft spoken but professional and proficient. I look forward to my next visit. I’ve even recommended this office to my coworkers who also work in the medical field.“

“I have been to many chiropractors over the years and I have to say, finding the one that fits your particular needs can be a bit challenging. Every person is different. Some people like, or can only handle soft pressure adjustments. Some people need the full force of a snap, crackle, pop. This practice has that! I LOVE how they require an x-ray on your first exam. After all, don’t you want your doctor to know what they are working on?
For Me,
I never knew my scoliosis was as bad as it as. Other practitioners would just go thru the same routine with “adjusting me”. And I still had nagging pain. Dr. DesRoschers did an amazing job with his techniques, that had never been done before by any other chiropractor that I had been to in the past, on re-aligning my spine 12% straighter than what it was. We were hoping for 8%! I am a visual person and I ask a lot of questions. He was so kind to explain and show me on my X-rays of the difference. I also had a lot of pain in my feet, at the heels and ankles. He worked on adjusting them as well. Who knew that could be done?!
I did also see the other practitioners periodically at the other locations and got similar care. I just found for me, Dr. DesRoschers is what my body needed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice. ??

I came here after years of chronic neck pain and headaches/migraines - other chiropractors just didn't seem to leave it feeling 100% better - and after my first few visits and an atlas vertebra adjustment, I felt truly pain free for the first time in a long time.

Dr. A is so wonderful! He always makes sure I know exactly what he is doing and why, and he has given me some stretches and exercises to do at home to make sure I stay pain free. The clinical staff is great, too. They're very kind and attentive, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

Another major plus is how easy/quick it is to get an appointment. I called on a Monday about some acute pain that had popped up and had an appointment Thursday of the same week.

“I had been suffering from a very uncomfortable ache in my neck, which had been going on for several weeks. I kept thinking it would go away, but it did not. I was taking Tylenol around the clock just to make it through the day and be able to function. Dr Brian Farrell was very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the issue. Although the area was still a little tender immediately after my adjustment and the massaging he did in the area, it was much better.
