“Dr. Russo has made a huge improvement in my wellbeing. I have lived with back issues for 10 years. I have had multiple epidural injections over the course of the last few years with no help insight. “This is going to be long, so buckle up!

I’ve only been to Fenn Chiropractic twice so far ( the third visit is today!), but I can already say this office is unlike any place I’ve ever been. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the upbeat, welcoming energy. One of the first things I noticed was the receptionist—she’s incredibly kind and somehow remembers everyone’s name. She even greeted me by name on my second visit, which really stood out.

And—they have a dog! A friendly golden retriever who’s just the sweetest. As someone who struggles with social anxiety, this was a comforting touch. While others are sitting in chairs waiting, I’m on the floor petting the dog—no shame!

The little details really set this office apart. For example, they send a reminder text an hour before your appointment with a link that includes directions,traffic, and weather info. Super thoughtful. After my first adjustment, Dr. Shannon even texted me personally to check in—who does that anymore?

Now for the most important part: the care itself. I came in with chronic migraines that I’ve dealt with for years. I’ve tried it all—medications, chiropractic therapy, MRIs, CT scans, even Botox. Everything either worked temporarily or not at all.

Dr. Fenn changed the game. He’s professional, but shows his human side and genuinely cares. He took X-rays (something no chiropractor has ever done for me before) and walked me through my spinal alignment using detailed diagrams. Turns out my head isn’t on straight—literally—and my spine has curvature and signs of degeneration. My neck also has degeneration and isn't fully curved. That explained everything. Other chiropractors were giving me temporary relief without addressing the root cause.

He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and always made space for questions. I finally feel like someone understands what’s actually going on and has a real plan to help me heal. My treatment plan is three visits a week for four weeks, then twice a week for another four. I’m genuinely excited to start this journey—not just for my migraines, but for my overall health. I’ve even learned how much spinal alignment can affect things like nerve function and your organs. So, the alignment should help with my other issues as well.

While they don’t take insurance, they do offer payment plans. Honestly, the care and attention you receive here are worth every penny. You can’t put a price on feeling better and actually getting answers.
