““Best carpet cleaning in town — I’ve never seen it look this good”
I had a lot of questions before booking — our carpet hadn’t been cleaned in nine years and the walkways were black and matted. Jay, the man in charge, assured me they’d do the best job in town, and he was right.
The technician, George, was unbelievable. He pre-treated the heavily soiled areas, took his time, and did extra passes so the carpet wasn’t left soaked. The traffic lanes that were black and matted now look 1000% better. No smell, no dampness, no shortcuts.
What really sealed it: when I tried to tip George, he’d already written the ticket and could’ve easily added it on, but he just said, “Mr. Bell, it was my pleasure. Don’t worry about it at all.” That kind of honesty is rare.
And Jay even texted me a couple hours after the job just to check in. You just don’t see that kind of care anymore.
Our carpet is old and needs replacing eventually, but this is the best it’s looked in years. Main Cleaning Solutions delivers. Highly recommend!”
