The whole team has been awesome from the very beginning. From my initial contact with Jesse, to Andrea in the office and our technicians that have come out. Kyle is always very professional, personable and nonjudgmental (as sometimes, our house was a true mess with 5 people living in it). I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who inquires about a pest control company. 10 out of 10!
I don’t usually leave reviews for businesses so you can trust this one. This company is great! I had an emergency when I called and spoke with Jesse. He acknowledged my problem and got with the office as soon as we got off the phone. They coordinated and got a technician out to the house early the next day. The team stayed in contact with me every step and gave me updates. This company is reliable, respectful, knowledgeable and they are a local family business of Tallahassee not a corporation. If you want a trustworthy pest control company that is local call these guys they are the best!
