For years I tried to get a Tallahassee builder to replace my aging deck. Everyone I contacted would never call back or vanish after the first time they talked to me. One worker came out, did some sanding, and never returned to get paid for the little work that he did. Finally, I contacted my wonderful insurance agent who highly recommended Capital City Construction in Tallahassee. This company gets a lot of work from insurance companies because they do exceptional work resulting in very satisfied clients. Jonathan has been a pleasure to work with. After a tree damaged my detached garage I reached out to several contractors and roofers. Some came out, some of those provided quotes and some never even responded or ghosted me. Jonathan promptly responded to my call and was able to inspect the damage and provide me with a reasonable and timely repair quote. He went above and beyond in helping me with my insurance adjuster and was even able to provide a recommendation for a roofer. He and the roofer were able to work in tandem so that Jonathan and his team could make the structural repairs while the roofers were on site. Cannot recommend Jonathan and Capital City Construction enough. We have had a bathroom remodel done and he just finished an outdoor kitchen for us. Both turned out phenomenal, and exactly how we envisioned. He was very professional throughout the entire process and offered his advice when needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
