I have been having my chimney cleaned by this company for almost 30 years. They came in March, and performed the usual thorough job for a reasonable price. Then a few weeks later, I heard an animal scratching on the metal flue, and I thought maybe they didn’t get the screen back on the top of the chimney correctly, and something had gotten inside the flue that couldn’t get out. The noise continued for hours. I’m not a roof kind of guy, so I called Capital Services and told the lady what was happening.
