Mary is one of the last few true computer experts left that doesn’t use AI or upsell into buying new laptop or PC when it could be a video card or power supply that could be fixed. This is a great place! They are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. My computer blew up late one night and I took it in late the next morning. Mary was not only able to access my hard drive but was also able to move it over to a new computer. I didn't need to spend countless hours trying to remember all my passwords and such. Could not beat the price and I had my new computer all ready to go less than five hours later!
Efficient, Professional and also very Kind. Recently relocated to Tallahassee via Columbus,OH and having attended Ohio State for Software Engineering I was very tentative on where to take a high end gaming laptop. I am so thankful I was fortunate enough to find Mary and John. Not only could they fix a problem I could not, they had the amazing grace to share with me exactly what the issue was. Do not let the "fair pricing" let you think that Bruner's isn't capable, it's quite the inverse. I will be returning for multiple custom setups as I am an avid gamer and technology isn't slowing down. So thankful I found this gem!!
