Dropped off suit for important interview at 8AM, was told it would be ready by 5PM the next day. Arrived around 5:45PM (had to leave work early as the interview was the next day!), they had apparently misplaced the ticket. Staff tried to push for me to come back the next day but I mentioned it'd be incredibly difficult as the interview was the next day, so I'd have to wait. They eventually found the ticket and the suit, but employee had a rude attitude and he acted like I was inconveniencing them for having misplaced my attire. The location on E. Lafayette in Tallahassee is the 💣 ! The staff is so professional & personable. My items are always ready as quoted. Only once over the years was anything damaged. The manager informed me immediately and offered to replace my item before I asked.

Very nice attendant. I was able to get my shirts in a timely manner and affordable. They were a little short- staffed ,but made sure that you got your clothes in a timely manner and did so with a smile and thank you.Service: Alterations
