I've been going here for years. Always liked it. Recently under new owner s. I don't like the way they micro manage their employees. Using a timer while giving a pedicure! I feel like employees under pressure.
Some of the nail techs here do a good job and others are absolutely terrible. It's really hard to know what you're going to get. The last time I went the tech did a poor job on my gel. It was lumpy and thick. My friends nails were also horrible and the tech cut her foot multiple times while doing her pedicure. I won't be going back.
I've been going to Bliss Nail Spa for nearly a year now, LyLy has been doing my nails for about 3 or 4 months. She's awesome and super sweet and always gets my nails exactly how I want them. She also takes the time to make sure she's not damaging my nails.
The spa itself is very clean, the receptionist is also very helpful, and all the staff I've interacted with have been great as well.
