Truly helpful individuals. I am from NC and looking to relocate to the area. I'm looking to purchase an unfinished home. I have been having the hardest time trying to find a local general contractor to answer questions, let alone go out and give me an estimate on completing my job. I called and spoke with Scott about my job, and he put me in contact with Tim Johnson, whom he works hand and hand with. Tim took his time to break down my entire project. In late March 2022, an electrician’s errant screw caused a slow plumbing leak that flooded my home’s first floor, necessitating a complete first-floor remodel. It was quite difficult to find someone willing to take on the job, much less a reputable contractor. Scott Bentz stepped in quickly. A competitor told me that it would take a least five months to even begin! My only quibble is that the remodel took longer than expected. Unfortunately, this is the norm during this time of labor shortages and supply-chain woes. To be fair, I also added a few items to the rebuild.
