I have been having the hardest time trying to find a local general contractor to answer questions, let alone go out and give me an estimate on completing my job. In late March 2022, an electrician’s errant screw caused a slow plumbing leak that flooded my home’s first floor, necessitating a complete first-floor remodel. It was quite difficult to find someone willing to take on the job, much less a reputable contractor. Scott Bentz stepped in quickly. A competitor told me that it would take a least five months to even begin! My only quibble is that the remodel took longer than expected.
