My appointment was at the Mitcham Dr. location. The staff at the Mitcham location are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. Purpose of my appointment was to possibly make some hearing aid adjustments particularly dealing with my right ear. The doctor immediately addressed my concerns and questions. My hearing aids were cleaned, and wax from my ears was removed to improve the muffled sound which was affecting my hearing. The firmware was also updated as well as some adjustments completed. I always receive excellent prompt helpful service with Dr. Halle Van Oss. I highly recommend this hearing aid/ENT location in Tallahassee.
