“We had two issues: our washer was bouncing and slamming the tub, and it walked about a foot every time I washed a load. He replaced the stabilizer bars and it runs like new! Our dryer duct had to be disconnected a few years ago because it was so full of crud, that it got very hot, but the air didn't work due to blockage. he cleaned it out and hooked it back up, so it works great! He was prompt, courteous, and efficient, and as his appearance was professional.“
