The Tallahassee AHP people are great at what they do. They communicate, keep you informed, and work hard to please.The many floor plans they offer meet the need of new homeowners in every phase of life. I particularly like that they will customize your home to make it unique. Amanda, Kristine, and the whole crew are easy to work with.
It is always a pleasure working with America’s Home Place. The staff are always professional, courteous, honest and friendly. We would highly recommend America’s Home Place for any future builds.
America's Home Place is The Absolute Best!! I thank GOD the day my brother and I walked into an open house and met Scott. After speaking with Scott, he referred us to Rhonda for financing (Outstanding, Rhonda went above and beyond our expectations in get our financing squared away). After making changes to the model we chose, Kristine was wonderful in helping us select the finishes and adjusting the house plans. Once our construction loan closed, Brian took the reins 2 days later and he's been on point ever since. Our home is progressing beautifully and ahead of schedule.
