Was super impressed that when we got there, they got to it......Concentrating on their task, detailed, 100% focused. Before they left the property they each took the time to show us what was going to be in the report, areas of concerns etc. I appreciated being told in advance and the ability to ask questions before getting a 40+ page report that I wasn't sure if I'd understand:)

I was very please with the thorough inspection conducted on my new home. Very professional. Great report that was helpful for both the inspection process and as a reference for me as a homeowner.

Joel and his team did our inspection at our new construction home in Tallahassee. They spent almost half a work day there and produced an incredibly detailed report. Although there were no major defects with the home, the peace of mind was absolutely worth hiring ACL. The report allowed me the proof to have the small things fixed under warranty quickly. Highly recommend this service.
