Everyone is really friendly and welcoming, and you can go at your own pace and do what works for you. I’ve been going for about six months now and I have seen huge changes In myself!
Yoga Factory & Fitness is a great place to practice yoga. The studio is very spacious with high ceilings and the infrared heating just makes it perfect. I love the hot yoga classes and the teachers are excellent, kind and make the flows engaging and fun at the same time. I highly recommend it to anyone, from beginners to experienced for a fun and healthy yoga practice.
I truly enjoy the hot yoga classes. My two favorite teachers are Lori and Jeanette. Each of them have unique flows and their classes are relaxing and challenging at the same time. They are both the best! I’m very grateful for their guidance.
