The facility is clean! The people who work here are fantastic! They are kind, caring, and patient. The Veterans here truly need this place for medical care and comeraderie with fellow citizens from every Branch of service. I am so proud that we honor and assist our Veterans with injuries and so much more. I was moved by the photos and items displayed around the facility. These tell a story.
My first time at William King VA Clinic was almost 9 years ago. Then there were barely any veterans working there. And alot of the civilians don't know what its like to be on the other side of the counter. Therefore, many of them are not well equipped to assist or even help us.
But over the last 5 years I have seen big changes and the two folks up front at Eligibility are always so kind, understanding and effective. That sets the tone truly for almost every experience ai have had from the coffee shop woman to a Mai tenance specialist that helps with directions to where I need to be. I am new to utilizing VA services and had heard nightmares about people using the VA. However; I can say in my three appointments I have had at this facility, the service and experience has been outstanding. Appointments happen on time, the doctors and staff are extremely friendly and I would give them 10 Stars if I could. I have mostly dealt with the Audiology department, but overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!
