The place is overbooked to the maximum. Its literally wall to wall people inside. No place to sit and all. It took me 10 minutes before I realized I wasn't standing in line to see the receptionist. It was just people standing around because there was room inside to wait. Guy next to me said he's been waiting for an hour. I starting getting claustrophobic so I left. Couldn't take it anymore.
The parking situation is just as bad. People are double parked in the back and the west side. With the fire lanes nearly blocked only small cars can get through. You're better off parking at Publix or McDonalds and walking over. Easier said than done when its 95 degrees outside.

I really like this place. I have a great doctor. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because of the crazy wait time even when you have a set appointment. Even after arriving early and checking in, I shouldn’t be waiting one hour plus over my appointment time. It throws off your entire day for anything else you had planned. If they can get this fixed. This place is perfect.
