I originally had an issue with West End Plumbing after they installed my Rheem water heater. The unit turned out to be faulty, and although Rheem approved a warranty replacement, the process required going through the original reseller. I had a new hot water heater installed due to my prior one was working but old. Mike W installed it and was excellent - he instructed me how to turn off the water heater and the water to my home. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a quote from another company that was twice as much. Very affordable and competent. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs and request Mike W:)
