Always liked it until TODAY, Made appt, Kept my appt time, Sat there for 90 minutes watching people come and go, Finally asked if something was wrong, Was told OOOOPS We lost and misplaced your Chart, Sorry, We will take you next, I WATCHED PEOPLE COME AND GO FOR 90 MINUTES !!!! They rewarded me with a 300 dollar bill for getting my dogs shots, No hey we are really sorry, Let us give you a discount, No Yoiu have been a good customer for years, Let us give you a coupon, NOPE, Nothing, I guess I look like an hour and a half of my time doesnt really matter, Sad might be time to look at one of the 3 Vet places I pass to get there !!!

I brought both my Belgian Malinois to Scarborough starting at 8 weeks. I am very pleased with this Clinic. Dr. Rob is very approachable, remembers my dogs and really pays attention to our concerns. The front desk and vet technicians are also very friendly and always greet us with a smile. It's honestly a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend visiting Scarborough Animal Hospital for your veterinary needs.
