I rarely leave reviews, but Steve absolutely deserves one. Every time I come to LA Fitness, he is consistently kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. No matter what question I have or what I need assistance with, Steve always takes the time to help me with a positive attitude and a smile.
What stands out most is his energy and customer service. He makes members feel valued, respected, and appreciated. Employees like Steve make a huge difference in the overall experience and are one of the reasons I enjoy coming to this gym.

I recently signed up for a membership with Steve at LA Fitness, and it was definitely the right decision. From the start, Steve was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
