I want to thank Zasha for the excellent service I received. He explained everything in detail and showed profound knowledge and professionalism. He was clean and corteous. HI -VAC has great staff , and has Zasha. Highly recommended!
It is rare to gush over just how good a service company can be but all that I can say after Hi Vac repaired a problem that I had with my A/C unit is amazing. The problem was identified in seconds and the repair wea done quickly. The service tech, Brandon took care of everything and without any drama explained what went wrong and what to look for in the future. For my piece of mind I adfed an annual service contract knowing that he would return if any emergency happened later on.

This is an excellent company. On a late Friday afternoon, we discovered that our air conditioner stopped. We called after business hours but our call was still received and their technician came to our house that very night and did his best to revive our old AC. Since the problem was extensive and it did not pay to fix, they offered to credit our AC replacement with the service call charge if we decided to use them for the replacement.
Their representative gave us very clear and understandable information for a replacement unit. We went with his suggestion and our new AC system is excellent. The installation went very smoothly. Their install team worked... read full review
