I had an awful experience at Hand & Stone of Sunrise. They switched the person scheduled to do my facial without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. After my appointment, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, but they said it couldn’t be done in-store and that someone would call me. No one ever did.
I had to call and email multiple times, and after days of being ignored, they finally responded—just four days before my next charge—telling me I needed to give a 30-day notice. Then they charged me again!
This place feels like a scam. The customer service is nonexistent, and the membership system is designed to trap you. Save yourself the headache—do not get a membership here.

If I could give zero stars at the point, I would. Their membership has only caused me problems. I have been trying to cancel for weeks now, and have called multiple times to be told that it’s cancelled to then get charged for another month. I was last told a membership specialist would reach out to me, no one has. This was supposed to be cancelled weeks ago and I can’t seem to get anyone to help me to ensure this is taken care of.
