I took a trial class here for 30 minutes and it was amazing. The instructor Eugenia was very thorough and very knowledgeable. I especially loved how they were mindful of Injuries prior to the session . I will definitely be signing up

Really enjoyed going to this studio. Its a petite space but has a big energy. The teachers were so welcoming and happy to help the students. I am busy completing my hours for my certification

I’ve been coming here for 2 1/2 years and I absolutely love it! All the instructors are great and provide any modifications on workouts, if needed. I started off at the “beginner” level one and now I am taking “advanced” level two classes, which is super encouraging to continue with my workouts here.
The front desk ladies and the manager, Anna, is always helpful and welcoming. I have the unlimited membership and the schedule they offer is great for any time of the day, before and after working hours, and on weekends too - even most holidays!
