I have been going to this studio for over 2 yrs. on the advice of my orthopedic doctor.It does really help you feel better and I enjoy it.Unfortunately with the cost of everything I had to cut down on the amount of classes I could afford.My favorite instructor is Eugenia and I want her to be recognized for her caring attitude towards us all.She is always willing to help and will nicely instruct you if you're doing something incorrectly.The manager Anna is very honest with clients and found her to be very knowledgeable with their policies and recommending resolutions to your concerns.I highly recommend this studio and pilates,especially if you have any injuries.

I love this location! I started pilates two months ago and quickly upgraded my membership so that I can take classes more often throughout the week. The instructors and other members are so kind and make me feel very comfortable. I haven’t had any trouble joining the classes I want to take each week and overall I’m just having a great experience!

My middle name is Catherine so I go by CAT just so those reading this know who this is. I was at the Planation Club Pilates studio and found it to not be the studio for me. Primarily, it had to do with the owners. So I moved to the Sunrise Club Pilates on commercial Boulevard between Nob Hill and Pine Island Road. What a wonderful change this has been for me.
