When my 16-year-old AC unit finally died, Nigel walked me through all of my options. He never tried to upsell me and gave me great, fair pricing from the start.
The installation itself was flawless. They went above and beyond, cleaning up the poor workmanship from the old system and doing the job right. They even ran new wiring to the thermostat and the outside condenser, which was no easy feat. Everything was done perfectly up to code and passed inspection without a hitch.
