Took my car there yesterday per AAA recommendation after a tow. Was a little hesitant when I saw the location, but I really only cared about the actual repairs. They were quick to call me about what was wrong, were friendly, and were reasonably priced (alternator and battery replacement). They had it done before noon the next day. They could have tried to add other unrelated repairs that were not necessary (i know my car has some other minor issues), but they did not. For that alone, they deserve a 6th star on the review.
Mr Will and the staff did an amazing job. I was completely lost on what was wrong with my car. I got my car dropped off on Monday and within a few hours I had a diagnostic & affordable estimate. Mr Will went as far as to take videos and pictures of the issue and provided videos of it being fixed. He was very thorough of keeping me updated & even accommodated my car pick up time due to my work schedule. My service only took 1.5 days!! I got my timing belt replaced, water pump replaced, battery replaced, and an oil change. I will be coming back for all my car needs. Thank you!!
Randy and his team were absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, they made our local move smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care.
The team worked quickly without ever feeling rushed, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was damaged, and the entire move was completed faster than expected.
