My review has nothing to do with any locks or safes but I had to leave Devon a review for his awesome work and thoughtfulness ! My car had a bad flat and the tow truck was taking forever and he immediately stopped to help and told my husband he had all the tools to get it back up and running. Sure enough he jacked up the car changed it up and I was able to drive my car to the shop. He went above and beyond to help us and did not want to take $$$ from us even when we offered his reply was “it’s ok I did my good deed ya’ll take care & be safe” Just thought it was really kind of him to this. I needed help in opening an old keyed portable safe (lost key) and was referred to A Acorn by another locksmith who was unable to assist. Mark answered my call the first time I called and directed me to send photos of the safe and lock to see if he could assist. He replied that he thought he would be able to and also the cost associated with the options. I asked if he was an available today, and fortunately for me he was. He was able to open it for me. All this in the matter of an hour or so!

10/10 highly recommend! Not only did they try their very best they did not give up on getting our safe open. They put the client above everything and do not let a complicated safe get in the way of customer satisfaction! There is no safe this company can not open! Very grateful they were able to put in the extra time to help us and safely get our safe open!
