Richard is the best!! He is extremely hard working and professional. He has been our (7786) POOL GUY for years now and always give sound and solid advice when asked. He also gives us detailed feedback when there are issues with our pool and is quick to act so that these small issues don't become bigger ones. Richard is by far the best ‘pool guy’ you’ll find. Beyond regular cleaning and checking of chlorine levels, he checks all equipment, filters and pool sweeps etc. and is thorough. But the real difference is that he takes initiative to diagnose issues and let you know about them and offer solutions. A gem.
