Exquisite Floor Services did an amazing job restoring floors. The tiles look as if they were laid yesterday, and older tiles also look amazing. The grout line looks so clean and the tiles so refreshed. The entire experience could not have been better. The crew was punctual, professional, respectful of the home and knowledgeable about Mexican tile. A small area in the laundry room was restored at no additional charge. A matt finish was found, which was exactly what was wanted. The owner was there every day, which was impressive, appreciated and uncommon in Miami. The owner cares, the crew cares. The experience was great. The owner is honest, reliable and easy to work with. They arrived on time, were courteous, and the price was right. They delivered exactly what was promised. The floors look great, beautiful and easy to clean. They were professional, prompt and delivered on everything they said they would. The floors look absolutely gorgeous and came out exactly the way wanted. Highly recommended for all flooring needs.
I couldn't be happier with the outstanding job Exquisite Floor Services did restoring my Mexican tile. The tiles that were laid about 10 years ago look as if they were laid yesterday and the much older ones, about 28 years old, also look amazing. They have not been professionally cleaned - ever - and I did not imagine the grout line could look so clean and the tiles so refreshed.
