The team did a great job and provided all the pics I requested as I was not in town at the time the work was done. They were outstanding from Rochelle in the office to Matt in the Field and especially John who was on the job and jumped in to help even after hours. John was absolutely amazing, he stayed on the job to insure everything was put back into place for Mom so it was safe for her to move about the condo without the fear of falling. “I saw mold growing up the wall in my newly renovated bathroom and water leaking under the tiles into my hallway. My contractor told me it was coming from outside and I needed foundation but kept ignoring me when I would call to see when they would start. With more water leaking into my hallway I called 89 and they came quick the next day, on time. The guys knew right away it wasn’t the foundation, they found the leak was from toilet where the bidet was connected. I’m so happy I called them. They even took pics to show my contractor which I did and soon after my contractor sent someone over to fix the leak, repair the drywall, and dry out the water from walls.“
