There was a misunderstanding regarding my appointment. From the day I scheduled it until today, I was unaware that I needed a referral from my primary care physician. Naturally, I was upset when I found out. I asked to speak with the office manager, Mrs. Ivanna, and she completely changed my experience. Instead of focusing only on an apology, she immediately took positive action. She faxed a referral request to my primary care physician, scheduled my appointment for Friday, and personally called me to confirm that the referral had been received. Mrs. Ivanna was kind, professional, and understanding. She listened to my concerns and accommodated everything necessary for me as a patient. Her actions showed genuine care and excellent customer service. I give Mrs. Ivanna a 10/10. Excellent work, Ivanna. You represented Hightower Dermatology and the Sun City Office exceptionally well. You are a great asset to the practice.
