I had a good experience with AAD in Riverview, Nathali answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the procedures. Everything was painless and the post-op wounds are healing just fine. Thank you for your professionalism. I noticed many bad reviews with logistical issues, which I too experienced, but with a growing community these doctors get 5 stars from me because they do their best to accommodate their patients and are extremely knowledgeable in their field.
I went to the Riverview location and the staff was awesome. So nice and efficient. I had to have a biopsy and was nervous but they took great care of me and it didn't even hurt. :)
We recently had an appointment for my son where we saw a PA, whose name I forget, and the nurse, Jasmine. She was wonderful. She listened to every detail and gave me some practical solutions and ideas for how to proceed. The PA seemed like he didn't even look at the chart, so he wanted to prescribe things we were already using. But thanks to Jasmine we still had a fantastic experience, and we are now well on the way to recovery.
