I highly recommend using the Law firm Daily, Montfort, and Toups for any needs with Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Taxes, etc. This is a Veteran owned Law firm. I worked with Bishop Toups concerning my Lady Bird Deed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was awesome to work with. Call them! You won't regret it.
My family came to Bishop in a time where my father was put on Hospice and we were under a time crunch for power of attorneys and a ladybird deed. He was able to get everything ready almost overnight. He arranged for a Notary to come to the home for signatures and witnesses. My mother was Able to receive the documents in a very quick turnaround.
He has everything set up for any type of service or crisis that you might be experiencing and it can be done quickly.
The price was surprisingly affordable under the circumstances. He did not take advantage of us in price gouging, which was very important because other attorneys were trying to do that.
