I called to have a dead bolt replaced, as it was giving me a lot of trouble, locking and unlocking. I called FV and Fred was at my residence within about 30 minutes. He worked on it for about 15 minutes, and now it is smooth as silk. I think it actually works better than when it was new. And it saved me the cost of buying a new one. I would definately recommend.

Fred was lighting fast in making my car key finally lock again. I feel a million times better now knowing I can secure my car again. Fred also made a second key equally as fast. Will use his services again!
