Exceptional services! Owners are the best, truly 24/7 services!!! My smart lock stopped working, owners arrived rapidly at 10 pm, had to remove lock. The were very professional, on time, effective.
I’m long overdue in writing this review, but I absolutely have to share how great my experience was with Courtesy Lock and Key.
I first called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving after both of my key fobs stopped working, leaving me with no access to my vehicle — what we jokingly call “The LollyPop Mobile.” I spoke directly with the owner, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring right from the start. She even offered to come out on Thanksgiving Day and explained that her holiday pricing was the same as a regular day. Since we weren’t in a rush, we decided to schedule the visit for the following week instead.
