Demetri and his crew expanded and converted our lanai into a new Florida room with almost 500 square feet, full glass windows overlooking our pond and a beautiful electric fireplace. It was a very complicated project that took almost 5 months and involved removing and extending part of the existing house roof, removing original support posts for the header beams, and connecting everything to the living room and breakfast nook as seamlessly as possible.
