I phoned this company late Friday afternoon and announced my A/C was not working and that I purchased a maintenance agreement last August when I closed on my home. I was told a service technician would be at my home in 40 minutes. He was indeed there in 40 minutes. This technician (Sully) was very patient and knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my unit, he communicated every aspect of what was wrong and fixed each issue in a timely manner. He is definitely an asset to Broward Factory Service. I would recommend this service company to everyone.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Asked a few questions about the problem and diagnosed the problem right away! In less than an hour my dryer was taken apart and put back together with new parts. I'm completely satisfied with this company. I have a yearly service plan so this visit was no charge.
