We hired All Season Room to enclose our lanai this spring (2025). A dear friend who used them a few years ago highly recommended them. We knew it wouldn’t be cheap to enclose our western-facing lanai, but we wanted it done right. We couldn’t be happier with our finished (CAT III) room. When we got the quote, I was interested in “extras” like high-energy windows, more glass, electrical outlets, and the most efficient HVAC system. I had my lanai expanded and floor raised right at the beginning of COVID. Chips team did an outstanding job! Professional and courteous. The professional attitude did not stop there they have stood by their work answering questions and responding to concerns!!!

Just had a screened front entry added to our new home, and shortly All Season Rooms will be enclosing our lanai. Matt and Chip are extremely knowledgeable and personable, the crew that did our entry were the same. Job completed fast and above perfect! We are just plain pleased!
