I waited over a year to write this since I really liked the owner of the salon where Ken works. If you could sue a hairstylist then this would be the case. Hours of my life and in his words “I should just quit”. I came in with healthy blonde highlights. I am difficult to color with dark brown hair, naturally. After two days of trying to fix his first mess (4 hrs) in his chair 1st day on day 2 I was in his chair (8hrs) are you kidding me and on top of that he just ran out of salon and left me in the hair bowl!!! Moved to Martin County and was tired of driving back-and-forth to Boca Raton. I was referred to Ken. Going in I was a bit nervous as my hair is complicated... highlights,...lowlights along with two different base colors so this was a big deal for me to find the right person. We have all spent much $ getting our hair looking good and have also experienced the botched jobs in the past and did not want to revisit that road again.Oh did I mention I’m a hairstylist as well which makes it all the more difficult.
