Needed to replace a broken block & tackle balance on a single hung window. I Called Jensen Beach Aluminum and spoke to Brad, who suggested I bring the broken balance in so he could look at it. He instructed me on the removal, which went smoothly. I Brought in the balance, and met with Brad, who measured it and showed me the exact replacement in his book. Ordered two new balances, which came in within the week. Price was very reasonable. Brad instructed me on the replacement of the balances and sash, which went smooth. Jaro gave us an estimate and recognized our unique needs. He made sure to get an installer with special experience dealing with old houses to complete our installation.
