About Hot Nails
Hot Nails has received mixed reviews from customers. Some clients loved the thoroughness of the pedicures, especially praising the focus on foot care rather than leg massages. However, others noted that the new owners do not provide the same level of detail as the previous ones, particularly in removing calluses. While the salon appears clean and features nice massage chairs, some customers found the atmosphere less relaxing due to technicians using their phones during services. Overall, the service quality varies, making it a place worth trying, but with some caveats.
This was my favorite place to get a pedicure with the old owners. The new owners are very nice but the pedicure is not nearly as thorough, they don't get rid of the calluses, and they don't do all of the extra little special things the husband and wife used to do.
I just had the best pedicure that I have had in years! Finally someone that focused on my feet and not more leg massage than anything. I couldn’t believe how thorough the technician was and how good she made my feet feel. I will be calling this my go to place. Excellent service from start to finish.Services: Pedicure
Went there for a mani/pedi and while the nail tech did a great job, she proceeded to talk on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. I don't treat myself often to a mani/pedi so I was very disappointed that it wasn't more relaxing. If there was an emergency she needed to deal with, I can understand that but it obviously was not an emergency. Hearing someone on their phone is not a relaxing thing. I won't go back there for that reason. If that type of behavior doesn't bother you, I will let you know that the salon seemed clean and the massage chairs are very nice.
