I am almost 60.
Childhood trauma has caused me severe dental phobia, leading to long term neglected, poor oral health.
I finally had to find help when my front teeth broke, making it hard to eat.
I explained my high anxiety to Dr Benson and his team.
They were very gentle and compassionate with me.
They started slow with xrays, then an appointment for a cleaning. My husband was with me at every appointment for support. Dr. Benson is a true gem, and his office team is both kind and efficient. I've never spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, which is great because I'm a nervous patient. Everyone there treats me with respect and grace. Plus, the nitrous-oxide option is absolutely glorious for anyone with dentist anxiety. And they even accept AFLAC dental insurance!
