“I took my two dresses that I needed for my engagement photos to get pressed. I did not know they closed early on Saturdays. I only knew that I had to pick up my dresses on Saturday, so I arrived around 1:15 PM and found that they were already closed.
I was honestly very upset and stressed because my engagement photo shoot was the next day. I tried to get in touch by stopping at the businesses next door, and I also sent a message through Yelp. At that point, all I could do was pray and hope for the best.
The next morning, just a few hours before my engagement photo shoot, I received a message asking me to call immediately. To my surprise, it was the owner. He was very kind and went out of his way to open the shop on a Sunday so I could pick up my dresses.
I am incredibly thankful because the backup dresses I was trying to arrange did not arrive on time, and I would have had to cancel and reschedule my photo shoot again. By the grace of God, everything worked out.
I truly appreciate the owner for reaching out and helping me during such a stressful situation. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you again for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.”
