Custom Pool and Spa has been maintaining our parent's pool for years. In all that time we have had maybe two issues with the pool and the owner actually came out to the house himself to make sure it was appropriately addressed. The second time their tech responded quickly and was friendly and respectful. Both times it seemed to be equipment issues and nothing that was even their fault, but they didn't mention that! Stand up company. 10/10 would recommend!

Unbelievable experience!We are so grateful for the wonderful service and compassion form Custom pool and spa mechanic. A pool company left town with our deposited and Larry from Custom pool and spa mechanic, came to the rescue.Larry came out, explained where we were with the build and asked for a few days to get an estimate. We agreed to the estimate and three and half months later we are swimming. Larry and his crew were always polite and courteous. Kept us well informed, and answered all question we had.
