I called cooke's for an emergency thinking it was my septic tank. When he came to my door he said it's a city issue. I didn't know I'm new this. He was so nice and informative. I learned something today and I'm very thankful that they sent Richard out today. I'm very grateful for him!!! I had to pay a service fee which was way more cheaper than I was supposed to pay. I'm not even mad at that!!! Richard thank you so much for your help today. May God continue to bless you!!???

Wind River is absolutely the best! My septic decided to act up while I had family visiting. They came right out ! Gary and Richard were extremely professional and informative. Thank you for exceptional service.
