Derrick was great, he helped get our septic tank available for us to be able to flush the toilets again and gave great recommendations and explained really well what needs to be done. Highly recommend
We had our septic tank pumped and Kerly did an outstanding job.
He was very polite and thorough. He cut the grass away from the lid and put the dirt on a tarp, and when he was all done, you would never know he removed it. Thank you Kerly!!
I had my septic system pumped today, November 28, 2025, and the technician, Richard Brent, provided outstanding service. He was respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
It’s clear he has many years of experience in this field—something I truly appreciated, especially after previous visits from other technicians who didn’t seem as confident or experienced.
I highly recommend requesting Richard if he’s available. You won’t be disappointed. It was refreshing to have someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing and brings real expertise to the job.
