Coastal Heating and Air is an awesome company. Ken came out promptly to troubleshoot a problem with our AC and was very honest in his assessment and more than fair in his fee. This speaks volumes of this company’s service model. Ken was focused on customer service and building a new relationship which definitely has earned them a new customer for many years to come.

Coastal came in and replaced my ac/heat system about 5 years ago. They installed a multistage system that is extremely efficient and whisper quite. You can stand next to this unit and it is hard to tell that it is on. Obviously the heat doesnt run much, but the AC is on 99% of the time. They also installed the halo in duct air purification which is AWESOME! They are professional, personable, knowledgeable and all around great company. Everyone knows how hard it is to get good honest quality work done in Florida. I have been impressed by this company from start to finish and they have my complete trust...which is not an easy task.Services: HVAC system maintenance
