Whenever we call for service we ask for Chuck. That's not because we don't like the other technicians, it's just that Chuck knows our air conditioner inside and out. I've never been disappointed in his workmanship and his knowledge.Also, to make an appointment we have to go through Teddy. She is so awesome and when she says she's going to get back to you, she always is so prompt. Great customer friendly girl.Services: A/C system maintenance

Dave E, came out to my home to repair an over flowing condensation pan on the air handler in my guest quarters. While here, I asked him to check out the 28 year old system that I had installed in 1993 during the rehab of my home. Obviously he said that while the system was still working it was quite old and that the air handler had been installed in a very precarious location in my cramped attic preventing adequate access to service the unit plus he noted that despite the many repair bills from a different installer I was on thin ice as far a getting much more use of the system. This is my 2nd time using this business. I wasn't unhappy with the business I was using, but just knew the experience could be better. A/C has been great to deal with. Everyone is professional, polite and knowledgeable. The pricing is upfront. There's been no surprise charges. I know what the job will cost before it begins. And the prices are very fair.
